Roussan sex machines are warranted against defects in materials and faulty workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of original purchase, when used in accordance with the respective products' user manuals. Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase. Excluding Roussan sex machine dildo attachments, accessories, universal power adapter, and hex wrench.

Available for customers who purchased products on www.roussan.net, and products are faulty outside the 3-year warranty period. They will be eligible for a 25% off discount on www.roussan.net for purchasing a new sex machine. This offer can only be used once and applies to a single order. Unless otherwise specified, this offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

At Roussan, we stand by the quality of our products. If you discover a defect and notify us during the warranty period, Roussan will, at its discretion, send you the replacement part(s) free of charge to rectify any issue. Roussan will cover the cost of shipping replacement item(s).

• Proof of purchase including the purchase receipt, invoice, order number, order email, and purchase date.
• Defect description.
• Proof of defect in the form of a picture or video.

This warranty excludes any defects or damage arising from the product being used other than in the manner it was intended (as indicated in the product user manual), normal wear and tear, commercial use, lack of appropriate maintenance, inadequate installation, negligence, natural disasters, accidents, acts of God, and damages caused by abusive use, accident, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

The warranty is bound to the person of the first buyer and is not transferable. The warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser.

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not offer any kind of satisfaction guarantee. Discontinue use if any pain, irritation, or discomfort occurs. To avoid injury or aggravation of pre-existing conditions, this device should not be used on swollen or inflamed areas.
