• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If you have any questions regarding a return please contact us using any of the methods listed on our Contact Us page before returning any products as any used products that are returned will be thrown away and no refund or reship will be issued.

    Reshipped items, as a result from missing shipments, do not qualify for a refund.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items.

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, and provide your order ID along with photos of the issue, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Once we have verified the issue, a replacement package will be shipped to you at our expense. Damaged or defective products are not eligible for refunds.

    * You must contact us within 30 days of delivery for us to replace a damaged/defective/incorrect item. After 30 days we will not replace nor refund.

  • Unopened items?

    If you would like a refund on an unopened item(s), please contact us to obtain a shipping label. We do not cover the shipping costs for returning an order to us. Please note that the original shipping fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

    If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Can I ship back an unopened box directly, without contacting you?

Please do not attempt to return without contacting us first. We need to be notified of any returns to ensure that the package is received and that a refund can be processed. Please email us and receive the proper address to return the items.

What is the refund payment method?

Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product(s).

How long does a refund take?

For credit card refund, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process.

For PayPal refund, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
