What are the payment methods?

We accept PayPal, credit card and debit card as our main payment methods, also bank wire transfer and Western Union are available. We are working towards accepting more payment methods in future to make your shopping more convenient.

What currencies can PayPal accept?

PayPal is available in more than 200 countries/regions and support U.S. dollar, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar, pounds sterling, euro and more currencies. Learn more about PayPal Supported Currencies

Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation after payment?

If the payment was successful, you should have automatically received an order confirmation. Please check your spam folder to see if it ended up there!

Can I cancel my order after payment?

We aim to provide a seamless experience and understand that plans may change. All orders are processed every 24 hours. Once the information is sent to our shipping partner, it is difficult to stop the shipment and cancel the order. We will do our best to assist you with a cancellation, but it is difficult.

If canceled successfully, we’ll charge you 4.4% of the total price plus 0.3USD as the cancellation fee, the same amount PayPal will charge us, so we won’t make any money on it.

What do I see on my credit card records?

We respect your privacy and do our best to ensure your purchase is as discreet as possible. On your credit card records, the charge will be accompanied by a random code. But, please note that few processors require a website associated with the order.

Where can I track my purchases?

You can track your packages within the PayPal app. This service is accessible regardless of whether you have used PayPal for the transaction.

Is a credit check required when applying for PayPal Pay Later offers?

When applying for PayPal Pay in 4, a soft credit check may be needed, but will not affect your credit score. You must be 18 years old or older when applying for Pay in 4 or Pay Monthly.

Can I pay off my Pay Monthly loan early?

Yes. You can view your Pay Monthly remaining balance in the PayPal app by clicking Pay Later. There you can make additional payments as desired or pay off the loan in full at any time and you won’t be charged a fee or penalty if you do so. Why wasn't my Pay Monthly payment successful?

Why use buy now, pay later (BNPL)?

Buy now, pay later solutions are excellent options if you want to make purchases more manageable by paying them off over time. Get what you want right away and break the payments up over weeks or months.

Do I need to activate wallet monitoring or early fraud alerts?

No. Any eligible debit or credit card you add to PayPal will automatically receive early fraud monitoring and real-time alerts about unusual activity PayPal has detected or blocked. Use the PayPal app and enable push notifications to get real-time app notifications and review alert details right away.

How long do I have to dispute a transaction?

To take advantage of PayPal Purchase Protection, PayPal requires that your PayPal account be kept in good standing and ask that a dispute be filed within 180 days of your purchase or payment.

Why was my payment declined?

If your payment is being declined, here are the most common reasons:

  • Your payment was declined by your bank or card issuer. To protect your privacy, your card issuer or bank doesn't tell PayPal why your card was declined. Contact your card issuer or bank for more information.
  • Your card details are outdated. Update the expiration date or billing address associated with your credit or debit card.
  • Your PayPal account is limited. Resolve a limitation placed on your account.
  • You need to go through a security check. To deliver a secure service, PayPal may ask you to confirm your identity. PayPal does this to make sure it's you using the PayPal account.
  • You haven’t confirmed the email address associated with PayPal. Confirm your email address now.
  • You haven’t confirmed your bank account. You need to confirm your bank account before you can use it to make payments.
  • You may be required to confirm your card. If a “Confirm Card” link appears next to your card details, you’ll need to confirm this debit or credit card before using it with PayPal. This step helps to make sure that the card is valid and belongs to you.
  • If none of the above apply or if you continue having issues with your payment, please change your payment method. You can add a debit or credit card or add a bank account.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries in America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia. During the shipping address list, you will see a list of countries we ship to. If the country of your shipping address is not included, it means we cannot ship to this country due to slow shipping times, expensive prices or customs issues.

Is a mobile number or telephone required?

Yes. When shipping internationally, receiver’s mobile number or telephone is required, ensure the package is delivered successfully. If there is a delivery issue, the courier will reach out to the phone number listed for assistance. We will keep private and secure, never used for sales promotion or other purposes.

What if I need my package to arrive on a specific date?

We can not guarantee that a package will arrive on a specific date because of possible shipment issues that can occur while the package is with our carriers (and thus out of our control), but we are happy to adjust your shipping date to get as close as possible to a specific arrival time.

Do you offer shipping to P.O. boxes?

In the United States and Canada, many carriers do not ship to p.o. boxes. The reason is that only USPS is allowed to ship to p.o. boxes. Plus, there are limitations when it comes to the size of the parcel that can be delivered.

Can I change my shipping address?

All shipping addresses can be modified before the order ships. Once your tracking number is available, we can intercept based on the shipping method. Post shipped address changes may cause a delay in delivery time. We cannot guarantee that the address can be modified successfully after the order has shipped.

To ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your order, it is essential to provide a correct and valid shipping address, phone number, and email during the checkout process. Our fulfillment system utilizes the same information to process shipping labels. In the event you enter the wrong address, once shipped, you will be responsible for address correction fees or for non-receipt of merchandise due to inaccurate information. This includes apartment numbers, suite number and route boxes.

* Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address during checkout, otherwise the items you order will be sent out to your default PayPal or Credit Card billing address.

Can I change my order?

Before shipment, you are able to change the order via email. Any excess payment shall be refunded. Any deficiency shall be repaid.

Unfortunately, we do not exchange after shipment.

When will I receive a tracking number?

If you haven’t received a tracking number and it’s been 3 working days since your order, contact us and we will look into it for you.

DHL Tracking Status “Shipment information received” for days?

“Shipment information received” means the shipping label is created and the package is in queue in courier’s warehouse waiting to be processed (or “picked up”).

Is VAT included?

Yes, all shipments are DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that VAT is included.

Will there be additional customs fees or taxes?

For most countries, we have already pre-paid any taxes. For your information, we put a low value on the goods, to ensure you pay as little taxes as possible. Most people do not pay additional fees – it really depends on how strict your country of residence is. If that happens, contact us.

How does delivery work?

We ship orders daily. We work with various shipping partners. DHL, FedEx and UPS are the most common shipping partners. Are you not at home at the time of delivery? Then another attempt will be made. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point. You should then collect the parcel within 3 days. If that fails, the parcel will be returned to us. The cost of resending the parcel will then be at your own risk.

My shipment failed to deliver, can you reship it?

While we can reship your purchase in case it is returned to send, please note some important points about these cases:

  • Any additional shipping attempts after the package has returned to sender due to failed delivery will incur a re-delivery shipping cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a purchase was eligible to free shipping on their original order, please keep in mind that free shipping offer is a one-time benefit and and you will be required to pay the re-delivery shipping cost.

Do I have to be home at time of delivery?

Carriers may leave the package with an apartment management office or even on your front/back porch if the driver deems that the area is secure enough to leave the package. Otherwise, a notice will be posted that a delivery attempt was made and it will offer a variety of ways for you to obtain your order.

What happens in the case that a package gets lost?

If the package gets lost during transportation and before delivery, we will resend the same items for the customer.

Do you offer a drop-shipping service?

We offer drop-shipping service and deliver it to your customer directly.

Return & Refund

Can I ship back an unopened box directly, without contacting you?

Please do not attempt to return without contacting us first. We need to be notified of any returns to ensure that the package is received and that a refund can be processed. Please email us and receive the proper address to return the items.

What is the refund payment method?

Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product(s).

How long does a refund take?

For credit card refund, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process.

For PayPal refund, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.

Can I return it if I don't like it?

Due to health concerns, we don't accept returns for refund or exchange purposes once the product has been used/opened. This is standard in the sex toy industry.

Having said that, if the product is defective, we can honor our 3-year warranty after confirming your order information and the issue. If you have any problems, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist your issues.
