Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries across North & South America, Europe, Oceania, Asia, and Africa. You can view the full list of supported destinations in the dropdown menu at checkout. If your country is not listed, it means we currently do not offer delivery to that region due to logistical or customs restrictions.
Which international carriers do you use?
We offer two levels of international shipping:
- Standard Shipping: Orders under $150 are usually handled by China Post and delivered by your local national postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, or Australia Post).
- Express Shipping: All sex machines and orders over $150 are shipped via DHL, UPS or FedEx for the fastest possible delivery.
* Non-US orders for adult items ship via China Post for discreet customs clearance.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
While we strive for fast delivery, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates once a package is in the carrier's possession. Based on typical transit times, here are our delivery estimates:

Can I request a specific delivery date?
While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date once a package is with the carrier, we are happy to adjust your ship date to target your preferred arrival window as closely as possible.
Is the packaging discreet?
We prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded mailers. There are no logos, brand names, or descriptions of the contents on the outside of the package.
How is the package described for Customs?
For international shipments, we are legally required to include a customs declaration. We use generic descriptions such as "Linear Motion Machine," or "Silicone Gift Item" to maintain your privacy.
Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes on my order?
Our prices include all taxes and duties—no additional fees. In the rare case you're charged an import fee, simply pay it and send us the receipt. We'll refund the cost immediately.
Why is a contact number necessary?
A contact number is required for all international shipments to ensure successful delivery. This allows the courier to contact you directly if any issues arise. Your information is kept strictly confidential and is never used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
Whether we can ship to a P.O. Box depends on the item:
- Sex Machines: No. A physical street address is required because our primary carriers (DHL, UPS, and FedEx) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Small Items: Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes as long as the parcel meets standard size/weight limits.
Regardless of the address used, all items are shipped in plain, discreet packaging to ensure your privacy.
Can I choose to have my package held for pickup at a carrier location?
Yes. While we cannot set this up at checkout, you can arrange it once your order has shipped:
- Redirect via Carrier: After receiving your tracking number, please visit the DHL, UPS, or FedEx website and select "Hold for Pickup" or "Deliver to a Service Point."
- Collect your order: You will need a government-issued ID that matches the name on the package to collect it from the carrier location.
Note: Carriers typically hold packages for 5–7 days before returning them to the sender.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your order number and the new shipping info.
- If your order hasn't shipped: We can manually update the address for you.
- If your order has already shipped: We are unable to change the destination. However, you can often use the carrier's tracking tools to reroute the package or have it held for pickup.
Note: Once an order is processed, modifications aren't guaranteed and may lead to delivery delays. Please verify your address. Customers are responsible for fees or lost packages due to incorrect shipping details.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
If you've changed your mind, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to modify for you.
- If your order hasn't shipped: We can manually modify your order. We will refund the difference for a lower total or send instructions to pay the balance for a higher total.
- If it has already shipped: We are unable to modify your order after shipment.
When will I receive my tracking information?
After dispatch, we'll update your tracking details in PayPal or on our website. You'll be notified automatically so you can track your order on the carrier's website—typically within 1–2 business days.
Please note:
- It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active once the carrier scans your package.
- If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Orders placed on Sunday will typically receive tracking information on the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

Why is my order status still "In progress"?
Your order status will remain as "In progress" while it is being prepared and in transit. We manually update orders to "Fulfilled" once delivery is confirmed and you have verified that everything is in order.
Why has my tracking status remained unchanged for several days?
Don't worry—tracking gaps are common. This usually means your package is in transit between countries or currently undergoing customs inspection. Scans will resume once it arrives at the next destination hub.
Is a signature required for delivery?
A signature is not strictly required, though we recommend being present to receive your order to ensure safe delivery.
The carrier may leave the package in a secure location at his discretion, such as a leasing office or porch. Otherwise, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
Kindly ensure your mobile phone is reachable in case the courier require assistance with your delivery.
What happens if my order is returned to sender or fails to deliver?
Yes, we can reship your order. Please note that if the return was caused by an address error or a missed delivery attempt, you will be responsible for all costs.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We guarantee delivery. If your package is lost in transit before it reaches you, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or building manager. If it remains missing, please contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen. If your item is damaged during transit, please view our Return and Refund Policy.
