Our payments are securely processed through PayPal, which supports all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept Alipay, LianLianPay, Payoneer, bank transfers, and Western Union. We are currently working to add even more payment options for your convenience.

Yes. Look for the "lock" icon in the address bar (HTTPS). We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and are PCI-DSS compliant to ensure your data is protected.

It is the 3- or 4-digit security code on the back (or front for Amex) of your card. It proves that you have the physical card in your possession.

We do not store your full card number. We use "tokenization" via a payment processor (PayPal) so your actual data is never sitting on our store's servers.

If your payment is being declined, here are the most common reasons:

• Your payment was declined by your bank or card issuer. To protect your privacy, your card issuer or bank doesn’t tell PayPal why your card was declined. Contact your card issuer or bank for more information.
• Your card details are outdated. Update the expiration date or billing address associated with your credit or debit card.
• Your PayPal account is limited. Resolve a limitation placed on your account.
• You need to go through a security check. To deliver a secure service, PayPal may ask you to confirm your identity. PayPal does this to make sure it’s you using the PayPal account.
• You haven’t confirmed the email address associated with PayPal. Confirm your email address now.
• You haven’t confirmed your bank account. You need to confirm your bank account before you can use it to make payments.
• You may be required to confirm your card. If a “Confirm Card” link appears next to your card details, you’ll need to confirm this debit or credit card before using it with PayPal. This step helps to make sure that the card is valid and belongs to you.
• Your bank’s fraud detection system blocking a large or unusual purchase.
• If none of the above apply or if you continue having issues with your payment, please change your payment method. You can add a debit or credit card or add a bank account.

This is a "payment authorization." If the order failed, the bank will usually release these funds within 3–7 business days. No money has actually been moved. No money has actually been moved.

Please contact Customer Support immediately with your order number. Most "double charges" are actually one real charge and one "authorization hold" that will disappear shortly.

If you are ordering from another country, you may be responsible for customs fees upon delivery. These are not controlled by the online store. Please contact us for a partial refund if taxes were applied to your order.

Orders process within 24 hours. Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been sent to our shipping partner, though we will assist whenever possible.

If canceled successfully, we charge a cancellation fee of 4.4% + $0.30 USD. This solely covers the transaction fee PayPal charges us.

For your privacy, charges will appear as a random code on your statement. Please note that few processors may require a website associated with the order.

You have 180 days from your purchase date to file a dispute. Your PayPal account must be in good standing to qualify for protection.

When applying for PayPal Pay in 4, a soft credit check may be needed, but will not affect your credit score. You must be 18 years old or older when applying for Pay in 4 or Pay Monthly.

Yes. You can view your Pay Monthly remaining balance in the PayPal app by clicking Pay Later. There you can make additional payments as desired or pay off the loan in full at any time and you won't be charged a fee or penalty if you do so. Why wasn't my Pay Monthly payment successful?

Buy now, pay later solutions are excellent options if you want to make purchases more manageable by paying them off over time. Get what you want right away and break the payments up over weeks or months.

No. Any eligible debit or credit card you add to PayPal will automatically receive early fraud monitoring and real-time alerts about unusual activity PayPal has detected or blocked. Use the PayPal app and enable push notifications to get real-time app notifications and review alert details right away.
